Was at the disco on Friday night. Can believe how cheap it is. I always get that daunting feeling when i walk in the door - but the rough guys are soft as toffee and really good fun! The idiots that live upstairs (barred) hang around outside giving the place a bit of a dodgy image. A1++

Love the keg. Get a good pint, staff are friendly and there is always someone you know there. Only problem is the toilets they are always blocked.

in on sat for 5 seconds, as told was place to get an early drink, what a sh*t hole!!! full of alkies and bad attitude, beer tasted bad too, not that the clientelle they have there would care, they would happily drink beerline fluid from the look, and smell of them. Won't go back!!!

New girl taken over - great fun. new jukebox, and now doing food. Well well, who whould have thought. Toastie and a pint while waiting on your GG's! Brill pub!

Went in after rockness for an emotional pint :) Great craic. Doing bacon rolls etc now which were an absolute life saver! New managress taken prices DOWN! about time, and well received. Next time the sites rained off, ill be in the keg!!!

This week i found myself in The keg. What a night... it's a great bar for a Saturday night. Brilliant DJ kev plays a mixture of tunes guaranteed to get you up dancing. there`s even the option to sing your heart out.If it`s sport your after there's 3 screens so you don't miss any action and a bookies next door for those who like a wee flutter on the horses. There was a hen night in at the same time and they were had a ball; a good mixture of age groups and not any hassle all night.. Big thanks to the staff and a big thanks for the jelly shots...

In the Keg the other day and found it was not as bad as id been told. Barmaids were great, good craic and quick service. definately go back

Popped in here last month to watch the football on telly; full of scousers watching Liverpool play Chelsea. Great crack, good atmosphere, beer OK nothing special but prices fair.

been in once saw a familiar face nicknamed come ashore talking away to himself in the corner whilst nursing his rum and coke lol

Dont no why everyone puts this bar down i think it's fantastic and no there having a 70's nite 2nite it will be gr8 as they put a lot of work into these theme nites

i must say i like the keg, drinks cheap and u get good banter. the only way you will get kicked out of the keg is if you are sober!!!

Not the sort of place that should be advertised in case any tourists should, mayhap, wander in.

Just shut it down, eh?
