Large venue. Not much in the way of atmosphere or individuality though. It's like a big Starbucks with beer. Oh and they do actually have a coffee counter. Previously the Foundry.
More TVs than you can shake a stick at. And they often put the sound on during the game (unlike some other venues).
Busy on a Friday/Saturday night and good if you like dancing to cheesy pop tunes. The ladies seem to love it's mix of colourful drinks and pop music.

It's an okay bar, not much in the form of atmosphere and grub is pretty standard. It's a step up from the yard which seemed to attract some idiots.
they are advertising christmas dinner for only £14.99 for 4 causes what a deal
In over the weekend and what a night 10 of us booked a party upstairs and we could not ask for better
the food was great and the staff were the best ever definitely go again next time I am up.
Went in here once during my holidays, it was quiet but it was early afternoon, the staff were friendly, would like to see it at night to get a better idea of what it's really like.
Top quality bar nice and friendly atmosphere the food is the best in Inverness this pub is goin places.. They have quiz nights, poker nights and curry nights etc.. i have givin this a rating of ten.
The last 5 or 6 times we have been in Inverness we have looked through the window and then not bothered, but we finally went in and was quite surprised, a lot bigger than it looks, clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices too. Also do a malt of the month, which is always a plus on my chart!
Didn't have any food, but a couple sat near us did and it looked pretty good.
Love the little booths with the TVs which you can choose your own channel, great touch.
What starts with the letter 'C' is 6ft tall, built like a brick shithouse and stands on the opposite side of the counter from you with their tongue hanging out, with money in their hand for over 10mins while the place is half empty and whilst you spend the time chatting with your fellow staff bar people? CUSTOMER! Mind U, U may not have the chance to see many more if you can't remember why you're actually employed. Sorry to have spoiled your social life by visiting your premises on Saturday evening at 6:45pm, I actually made the mistake of thinking it was a bar and you wanted to sell drink (:o)
Now called Auctioneers - as other comments it always seems half full at best - maybe too big
Not been in for a while but feel the staff and managment always did their best to try and entertain their customers on events through the week although i understand it can be hard to do this on a Sat night
Always happy to have a night here, plenty of good dj's playing a wide range of tunes and is always busy Friday & Saturday. The bonus is the great food during the day aswell.
Big bar and nearly always half empty? Last few times beer has been mingin' pints smell of rotten eggs? Either bad pipes or staff fartin in the glasses before servin up!
I noticed that The Foundry are advertising the Georgia-Scotland match as a 7.30 kick off when it actually kicks off at 6. I would've gone in to correct them but frankly if you go The Foundry you deserve to miss the match.
do folk actually drink here ?? ive only ever seen 2 or 3 folk in and even then there drinking coffee and fannying about with lap tops. (granted this is mostly daytime)
Crap place has no atmosphere! and really dodgy chandellers the designer for this place should have being shot
cheaper than stabucks. noisy though. why is there nowhere in this city where i can read my paper and have a drink?
havent been here since they changed it to the foundry, but will give it a try and pass on my opinion!
cheapish drink, cheesy music, space for dancing...u know the type
The food during the day is the BEST in Inverness!!! Where do they get there chefs from??? GREAT drinks promos and the DJ's are pretty good too!!! Its just a shame that it's a haven for larger lowt squadies, aggressive and pretencious doormen and misserable bar staff!!
By day, a quiet place for a coffee or a meal. By night, a bizarre G's warm up act.
I agree - it's good for dancing to cheesey tunes! has anyone else been confused by the hole in the wall where a mirror should be in the girls toilet?
personally i dont know any1 thats had a bad night at the foundry, since its refurb and reopen this year its given inverness a clean, safe, fun and friendly nite out for all ages.
hey, it not perfect but where is?
always loads of girls partying it up at the weekend and usually sum eye candy for us women.
just wish toilets were downstairs and they had a smoking area.x
get a life! Is this all you do with ure time?
Crap bar. No atmosphere, bad music, is quite often cold. Bad night guaranteed.
