To give you a little history we have been developing urbarred.com since late October 2006. We have never really done any publicity for the site and people have simply found us through search engines. It is a collaborative project by 3 people, which we run in our spare time. Since it's inception it has had approximately 74,000 unique visitors and 420,000 page loads (stats correct on February 2010).

We set up urbarred.com to allow people in Inverness to have a place to find out what's on and where, share their opinions of the various pubs and clubs and to allow them to rate the favorite bars. We also allow people to upload any photos of nights out in Inverness. We hope this will allow anyone coming to Inverness to get a good feel for where they can go for a good night out.

All the ratings on the site are an average of every users vote on that particular pub, of which our vote is just one.
