Ash

18 Academy St,
Inverness,

Located within the Royal Highland Hotel right next to the train station. Ash's real secret weapon is the little known fact that you can get a sit down meal in the bar here untill 3am! Genius.

Otherwise, it's quite a quiet bar with nothing else really to set it apart. Well, unless you consider the complete absence of neds a novelty.

Latest Comments about Ash

NOT A PUB. FOOD GOOD VALUE AT LUNCH TIME.

I had a meal in Ash twice last year and they were both superb, I think this is [was?] one of the best eateries in town [Woody's is the best].
However it is a hotel restaurant and the bar craic is crap

Old guy behind bar is excellent but other staff are shit (dirty glasses from top of glass washer for you drink? and she did that in front of me??). Could be really nice under better management

The meals are a fine thing if you want to pay about £10.50 for the worst cheese and chips this side of the river. And now Munchees and Max's have late licences then good wholsesome chicken kebabs with coleslaw seem a much better option.
